The past year has been tough on all of us and we wanted to spread a little bit of happiness to members who have been attending our sessions remotely.
We packed up and sent out everyone our special ‘Hug in a Box’. These included some feel good, pamper goodies such as sweets, a candle, hot drinks and more.
Most important, we included a Little Bag of Lockdown Happiness which icludes;
- Some String to help you hold it together when you need it
- A lucky penny to bring you all the luck in the world
- A heart so you’ll know how loved you are
- Elastic band to remind you can always bounce back
- Paperclip so you can hold things together
- A tea bag because tea fixes anything
- A plaster to make it better when you’re hurt
- And a positive quote
