Disability Confident Conference Manchester 19th March 2014
Access Ability CIC was invited to attend and attend a stall at the Disability Confident conference to showcase our current projects, interact with other services and share our successes.
The conference was organised to;
- Announce on what the Government plans to do and hear how the Companies changed their thinking to improve both their business and their workplace.
- Introduce a range of successful and talented disabled people who will tell their story of the things and the people that helped them get into work and stay there.
- Provide the opportunity to learn the facts about employing disabled people and gain the practical tools and advice needed.

In July 2013 the Government, with business and disability employment organisations, launched the disability confident campaign. The campaign will help all employers become disability confident; improve your business, your workplace and your customer service.
