The Supported Internship Project was developed for young people with an Education Health Care Plan to continue their studies post education and gain work experience with the support of a Mentor.
Individuals attended college 2 days per week and attended work placement 3 days per week. This provided transition opportunities for individual with disabilities and enable them to move forward into employment.
Congratulations to everyone involved.
